On July 28, 2011, FTNHosting decided to expand and acquired URPad.net, a leading web hosting company in the Linux Web Hosting industry. Since FTNHosting's acquisition of URPad, the size has tripled and is now offering over 6 services in 3 different US locations, including Linux and Windows hosting solutions.
On January 21, 2012, FTNHosting acquired K-Disk Networks. This is excellent news for K-Disk customers, because they have become part of the FTNHosting family, and now firmly involved in building the next generation of web hosting that will be at the forefront of the industry for a long time to come.
